นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่า EV Charging Calculator ("EVCC", "เรา") ซึ่งให้บริการผ่านเว็บไซต์ evcc.in.th และแอปพลิเคชันมือถือ EVCC (iOS/Android) เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และดูแลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานอย่างไร EVCC ดำเนินการโดยบุคคลธรรมดา Knots Sone ไม่ใช่นิติบุคคล

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

ข้อมูลรถและการคำนวณ	รุ่นรถ EV ความจุแบตเตอรี่ กำลังชาร์จ ระยะทาง เปอร์เซ็นต์แบตเตอรี่ และผลการคำนวณเวลาชาร์จที่บันทึกไว้ในประวัติ
ข้อมูลทริป/ตำแหน่ง (GPS)	พิกัดตำแหน่งขณะวางแผนทริป เช็คอินระหว่างทาง และติดตามระยะทาง — ระหว่างที่มีทริปที่กำลังเดินทางอยู่ แอปอาจอ่านตำแหน่งต่อเนื่องแม้พับหรือปิดหน้าจอ (ต้องได้รับอนุญาตแบบ "ตลอดเวลา") เพื่อตรวจจับการหยุดนิ่งหรือการถึงจุดแวะและส่งการแจ้งเตือนในเครื่อง ไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งเมื่อไม่มีทริปที่กำลังเดินทาง และไม่ใช้ตำแหน่งเพื่อโฆษณา
รูปโปรไฟล์	รูปภาพที่ผู้ใช้เลือกอัปโหลดเองผ่านกล้องหรือคลังภาพในเครื่อง
ข้อมูลการซื้อ (In-App Purchase)	สถานะการซื้อสิทธิ์ปลดล็อคการใช้งาน — ดำเนินการผ่าน Apple App Store/Google Play Billing โดยตรง เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต/การชำระเงินใดๆ ไว้เอง
ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และการใช้งาน	IP address (ใช้จำกัดโควตาสำหรับผู้ใช้แบบ Guest ที่ไม่ได้สมัครสมาชิก), ประเภทอุปกรณ์, log การใช้งานทั่วไปเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ
คุกกี้/เซสชัน (เฉพาะเว็บ)	ใช้คุกกี้เซสชันเพื่อคงสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบบนเว็บไซต์ ไม่ใช้เพื่อการติดตามโฆษณา

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• ให้บริการฟีเจอร์หลัก: คำนวณเวลาชาร์จ EV และบันทึก/วางแผนการเดินทาง
• ยืนยันตัวตนและดูแลความปลอดภัยของบัญชีผู้ใช้
• คำนวณและแสดงเส้นทาง/จุดแวะระหว่างทริปผ่าน Google Maps Platform
• จัดการสิทธิ์การใช้งานตามระดับบัญชี (ทั่วไป/ปลดล็อคไม่จำกัด)
• แจ้งเตือนสถานะการชาร์จและการเดินทางผ่านการแจ้งเตือนในเครื่อง (local notification)
• ปรับปรุงคุณภาพระบบและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน

การแชร์ข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สาม

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้ให้บุคคลที่สาม ข้อมูลจะถูกส่งต่อเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น ได้แก่:

• Apple, Google, LINE — สำหรับฟีเจอร์เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีโซเชียล (social login)
• Google Maps Platform (Maps, Places, Geocoding) — สำหรับค้นหาสถานที่และแสดงแผนที่ระหว่างวางแผน/บันทึกทริป
• Apple App Store / Google Play — สำหรับประมวลผลการซื้อสิทธิ์ปลดล็อคการใช้งาน (In-App Purchase)

เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลหากกฎหมายกำหนด หรือเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิ์และความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้และระบบ

ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลและการลบบัญชี

เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของผู้ใช้ยังใช้งานอยู่ ผู้ใช้สามารถลบบัญชีได้ด้วยตนเอง ผ่านเมนูตั้งค่าในแอป ("จัดการบัญชี" → "ลบบัญชี") ซึ่งจะลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประวัติการคำนวณ และข้อมูลทริปที่เกี่ยวข้องออกจากระบบทันที หรือขอลบโดยไม่ต้องใช้แอปได้ — ดูขั้นตอนทั้งหมดที่ evcc.in.th/delete-account

สิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้

• เข้าถึงและตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเองได้ผ่านหน้าตั้งค่าบัญชี
• แก้ไขข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ (ชื่อ รูปโปรไฟล์) ได้ด้วยตนเอง
• ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ทุกเมื่อ
• ถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตำแหน่ง (GPS) ได้ผ่านการตั้งค่าระบบปฏิบัติการของอุปกรณ์ (ฟีเจอร์บันทึกการเดินทางจะใช้งานไม่ได้หากปิดสิทธิ์นี้)

ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

รหัสผ่านจัดเก็บแบบเข้ารหัส (hashed) ไม่สามารถกู้คืนเป็นข้อความต้นฉบับได้ การเชื่อมต่อระหว่างแอป/เว็บกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ เข้ารหัสผ่าน HTTPS ทั้งหมด เราจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลภายในเฉพาะส่วนที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น

ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์

EVCC ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี โดยเจตนา หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าวโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ จะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลนั้นทันทีที่ทราบ

การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบริการหรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย วันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดจะแสดงไว้ที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้เสมอ

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EV Charging Calculator ("EVCC", "we") — provided through the website evcc.in.th and the EVCC mobile app (iOS/Android) — collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data. EVCC is operated by an individual, Knots Sone, not a registered company.

Information We Collect

Category	Details
Account information	Email, name, password (stored hashed), or information from social login providers (Apple, Google, LINE) such as name, email, and profile picture that those providers permit us to access
Vehicle & calculation data	EV model, battery capacity, charger power, distance, battery percentage, and saved charging-time calculation history
Trip / location data (GPS)	Location coordinates while planning a trip, checking in along the route, and tracking distance travelled — while a trip is in progress the app may read your location continuously, including in the background or with the screen off (requires "Always" location permission), to detect when you stop or reach a waypoint and to send on-device notifications. No location tracking happens when no trip is in progress, and location is never used for advertising
Profile photo	Photos the user chooses to upload via the device camera or photo library
Purchase information (In-App Purchase)	Unlock/subscription status — processed directly by Apple App Store / Google Play Billing. We never store any payment card or billing details ourselves
Device & usage information	IP address (used to enforce daily quota for non-registered Guest users), device type, and general usage logs for troubleshooting
Cookies / session (web only)	Session cookies keep you signed in on the website. Not used for advertising tracking

How We Use Information

• Provide core features: EV charging-time calculation and trip planning/logging
• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure
• Calculate and display routes/waypoints during trips via Google Maps Platform
• Manage account-tier usage limits (free / unlimited unlock)
• Notify charging and trip status via on-device local notifications
• Improve service quality and troubleshoot issues

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only as necessary to provide the service, with:

• Apple, Google, LINE — for social login
• Google Maps Platform (Maps, Places, Geocoding) — for location search and map display while planning/logging trips
• Apple App Store / Google Play — to process In-App Purchase unlocks

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain data for as long as an account remains active. Users can delete their account themselves from the app's settings menu ("Manage Account" → "Delete Account"), which immediately removes personal data, calculation history, and related trip data. You can also request deletion without the app — see evcc.in.th/delete-account.

Your Rights

• Access and review your own personal data via the account settings page
• Edit profile information (name, profile photo) yourself
• Delete your account and associated data at any time
• Revoke location (GPS) permission via your device's OS settings (the trip-logging feature will not work if this permission is disabled)

Data Security

Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be recovered in plain text. All communication between the app/website and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Internal access to data is restricted to what is necessary to operate the service.

Children's Privacy

EVCC is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data was collected unintentionally, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
