ลบบัญชี EVCC

หน้านี้อธิบายวิธีลบบัญชี EV Charging Calculator ("EVCC") ซึ่งใช้ร่วมกันทั้งแอปพลิเคชันมือถือ EVCC (iOS/Android)
และเว็บไซต์ evcc.in.th ดำเนินการโดย Knots Sone
วิธีที่ 1: ลบเองในแอป (มีผลทันที)
- เปิดแอป EVCC และเข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชีที่ต้องการลบ
- ไปที่แท็บ การตั้งค่า → แตะที่ชื่อบัญชีเพื่อเข้า จัดการบัญชี
- แตะ ลบบัญชี แล้วยืนยันอีกครั้ง
วิธีที่ 2: ขอลบโดยไม่ต้องใช้แอป
ส่งข้อความถึง LINE Official Account @evcc
แจ้งว่า "ขอลบบัญชี" พร้อมอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร (หรือช่องทางที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ เช่น Apple / Google / LINE)
เราจะยืนยันตัวตนและลบบัญชีให้ภายใน 7 วัน แล้วแจ้งกลับเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จ
ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: อีเมล ชื่อ รหัสผ่าน (แบบเข้ารหัส) และการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Apple / Google / LINE
- รูปโปรไฟล์
- รถของฉัน (ข้อมูลรถและการตั้งค่าการชาร์จ)
- ประวัติการคำนวณเวลาชาร์จ
- ทริป จุดแวะ ข้อมูลเช็คอิน และพิกัดตำแหน่งทั้งหมด
- ประวัติการซื้อสิทธิ์ปลดล็อคที่บันทึกในระบบของเรา
ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ถูกลบออกจากระบบทันทีเมื่อลบบัญชี และกู้คืนไม่ได้
ข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกลบ
- การซื้อผ่าน App Store / Google Play: สิทธิ์ที่ซื้อยังอยู่กับบัญชีสโตร์ของคุณ
หากสมัครบัญชี EVCC ใหม่ สามารถกด "Restore Purchases" ด้วยบัญชีสโตร์เดิมเพื่อกู้คืนสิทธิ์ได้
- ประวัติการใช้งาน LINE bot @evcc: เก็บแยกในระบบของ LINE bot ผูกกับบัญชี LINE
ไม่ใช่บัญชี EVCC หากต้องการลบด้วย แจ้งผ่าน @evcc ได้
- หลักฐานการโอนเงินสนับสนุน (donate ผ่านเว็บไซต์): เก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานทางบัญชี
หากต้องการลบ แจ้งผ่าน @evcc ได้
ผลต่อบริการอื่น: บัญชีเดียวกันใช้กับเว็บไซต์ evcc.in.th จึงจะเข้าสู่ระบบบนเว็บไม่ได้อีก
และหากผูก LINE ไว้ จะไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์ใช้งานไม่จำกัดใน LINE bot @evcc ผ่านบัญชีนี้อีก

Delete your EVCC account

This page explains how to delete your EV Charging Calculator ("EVCC") account, which is shared by the EVCC
mobile app (iOS/Android) and the website evcc.in.th, operated by Knots Sone.
Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the EVCC app and sign in to the account you want to delete
- Go to the Settings tab → tap your account name to open Manage Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
Send a message to our LINE Official Account @evcc
saying "Delete my account", with the email you registered with (or the sign-in method you use, e.g. Apple / Google / LINE).
We will verify your identity and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm back to you.
Data that is deleted
- Account data: email, name, password (hashed) and linked Apple / Google / LINE sign-in
- Profile photo
- My vehicles (vehicle and charging settings)
- Charging calculation history
- Trips, stops, check-ins and all location coordinates
- Purchase records stored on our servers
This data is removed immediately when the account is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data that is not deleted
- App Store / Google Play purchases: the unlock stays with your store account. If you create a new
EVCC account, tap "Restore Purchases" with the same store account to restore it.
- LINE bot @evcc usage history: kept separately by the LINE bot and tied to your LINE account, not your
EVCC account. Ask via @evcc if you want it deleted too.
- Donation transfer slips (website donations): kept as accounting records. Ask via @evcc if you want them deleted.
Effect on other services: the same account is used on evcc.in.th, so you will no longer be able to sign in
on the website, and if LINE was linked you will no longer get unlimited use in the @evcc LINE bot through this account.
